Supply Chain Planner

C.I. Systems is a global company specializing in the development and supply of advanced test and measurement solutions, primarily for the defense and aerospace industries. The company is known for its expertise in providing high-quality products and services for testing and evaluating various types of electronic systems, including radar, communications, and infrared technologies.

We are looking for a talented Supply Chain Planner to join our team and oversee the planning and management of the supply chain, including coordination with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal availability of materials, products, and services while maintaining low costs and continuously improving processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and maintain inventory and order schedules, ensuring optimal inventory levels.

Collaborate with purchasing, production, logistics, and customer service departments to ensure coordination and timely delivery.

Manage relationships with suppliers and customers, including tracking orders and meeting requirements.

Analyze data and performance to identify issues and implement solutions for process improvement.

Manage and streamline internal processes related to supply, import, export, and storage.

Monitor demand and production forecasts for raw material planning and order placement.

Resolve issues arising in the supply chain and ensure continuity of service.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

At least two years of experience in supply planning or supply chain management.

Experience with Priority system – required.

Knowledge of reading mechanical drawings – required.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with suppliers and customers.

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.

Experience in inventory management and supply coordination is an advantage.
