Group Reservations Associate (Hybrid Role)

At airHaifa, outstanding customer service is key to ensuring a seamless experience for our passengers. Our Group Reservations Associate will play a crucial role in processing and managing group bookings and providing excellent service to travel agents and group travelers. This is a dynamic and hybrid position, reporting to the Head of Revenue Management and offering a combination of in-office (Petach Tikva) and remote work. 

Responsibilities:

You will: 

• Serve as the main point of contact for group reservations, working closely with travel agents and group organizers
• Handle group booking requests, including pricing, availability, and reservations
• Manage passenger billing, issue invoices, and track payments
• Coordinate and process group ticketing and modifications as needed
• Ensure smooth operational execution of group bookings, including special requests and logistics
• Take ownership of customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and professionally
• Contribute to improving processes, service levels, and overall efficiency in group reservations management

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in customer support/service, preferably in the travel or airline industry
• Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on group travel coordination
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex group requests
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required
• Comfortable working with multiple applications and booking platforms simultaneously
• Detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple group bookings efficiently
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, combining remote work with in-office presence as needed
