Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will oversee the development of a state-of-the-art complex system dedicated to RF and cyber security, working closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring all project goals and objectives are met.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with the Lead System Engineer and cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
• Communicate project status, updates, and any changes to stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Conduct regular project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the RF, communication domain and/or cybersecurity.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to pass security clearance.
