Production Planning and Control Engineer

• Manage and oversee inventory and warehouse operations.
• Generate and track production work orders.
• Schedule work orders and ensure timely execution.
• Ensure on-time delivery of NPI products and production series by building and executing production plans based on available resources and raw material forecasts.
• Oversee planning and implementation of material procurement from initiation to delivery.
• Plan raw material inventory, adapt and model the ERP system, and issue purchasing requirements.
• Coordinate between company departments, including project managers, engineering, production, procurement, and warehouse.
• Monitor operational and logistics KPIs.
• Maintain full responsibility for inventory, warehouse operations, and material flow across the company, production floor, and external suppliers.
• Prioritize work orders based on company constraints.
• Operate and manage the Priority ERP system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field.
• At least four years of experience in a PPC/Planner role, with at least two years in a manufacturing company.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and interfaces across operations and development.
• Experience in inventory management policies, risk management, and production planning optimization.
• Strong system-wide thinking and analytical skills to identify and solve root causes of issues.
• Proficiency in Priority ERP and advanced Excel skills.
