System Analyst

What will you do?

✅ Lead solutions from requirement gathering to final testing

✅ Conduct detailed business analysis: mapping the current state, identifying gaps, defining metrics, and documenting recommendations

✅ Perform technical analysis, including mapping data sources, tables, and target fields

✅ Collaborate with BI teams, manage transformation processes, and conduct post-development testing with stakeholders

🔹 2+ years of experience as a System Analyst (development background is an advantage)

🔹 Hands-on experience working with BI systems and writing Source 2 Target specification documents

🔹 Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries

🔹 Ability to work with business stakeholders, strong analytical thinking, and process leadership

📌 Advantageous: Experience in healthcare systems and familiarity with platforms like SAP HANA, Chameleon, and Nemar
