✅ Analyzing customer requirements and adapting them to the ERP system

✅ Writing technical documents (specifications, test documents, and data migration plans)

✅ Performing acceptance testing and supporting implementation and training processes

✅ Working closely with development teams and programmers

✅ Leading customization processes and system adaptations

✔ 3+ years of experience in customer requirements analysis

✔ Familiarity with major ERP systems, finance, and procurement systems

✔ Experience working with SAP and coordinating with development teams

✔ Ability to work with customers and large organizations

✔ Relevant education or a background in a technological unit
