Junior Engineer – Development Team

We are a global consumer goods company specializing in innovative products for parents & children. As we continue to grow, we seek a Junior Engineer to join our Development team in Herzliya.

Job Description:

• Design and engineering of plastic components as part of development processes.
• Ongoing communication with manufacturers abroad.
• Transitioning products into serial production and supporting ongoing manufacturing processes.
• Responsibility for solving engineering and operational issues during development and production.
• Prepare drawings and engineering documentation and maintain communication with factory personnel.
• Supporting NPI (New Product Introduction) processes, including work with molds, validation, and guiding the transition from concept to full-scale production.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field – mandatory.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks – mandatory.
• Previous experience in plastic design and engineering – a significant advantage.
• Experience in NPI or validation processes – an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong communication abilities.
• High-level proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
