Projects & Operations Manager for Roeto - Position No. 1359

• We strive to streamline and advance the outdated systems in the world of financial advice while developing innovative tools that make working with complex data more efficient.
• The company is growing rapidly, so we need a Project and Operations Manager to drive execution, streamline workflows, and build the operational side.

What You’ll Do:

• Project management and automation of business processes in systems.
• Working with development teams and linking between the business and technological elements.
• Motivating internal organizational elements and bridging the gap between the product, sales and operations.
• Defining KPIs and monitoring performance.
• Working independently alongside the company's CEO.

What You Should Bring:

• At least two years of experience in project management or operations (SaaS, FinTech).
• Experience with automation & workflows (Zapier, Make, HubSpot, and Intercom a plus) and project management tools (preferably Monday.com).
• Data-driven mindset—you use insights to improve processes and drive decisions.
• Proven ability to execute and deliver results while working in a fast-paced environment.
