This is a full-time on-site role, located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel.

You will be responsible for tracking and optimizing operational processes within the organization, working in close collaboration with the company CEO. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and with excellent problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and exceptional English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Task Management & Optimization: Lead, track and ensure smooth and efficient execution of tasks.

• Build reports and tasks for external workers - build data reports, define projects scripts.

• Problem-Solving & Innovation: Identify operational challenges and develop creative solutions, policies and routins to enhance workflow efficiency.

Key Qualifications:

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong leadership skills with a proactive and “big-picture” mindset.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• High-level problem-solving, data analisys skills and creative mindset.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken (the role requires communication skills including documentation, reporting, and presentations).
