• Project Management: Lead and oversee operational projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in operational workflows and implement improvements.
• Operational Oversight & Compliance: Track and monitor ongoing processes across various departments, ensuring adherence to company standards and KPIs.
• Process Development: Design, implement, and refine workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify challenges in business operations and develop strategic solutions to improve performance.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with multiple teams to facilitate smooth and effective operational processes.

• 3+ years of experience in business operations or project management, or process optimization-must
• Fluent in English (reading & writing) – must
• High proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, automation, and data visualization.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to identify inefficiencies and propose practical solutions.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
