PLM Technical Analyst

Management and operation of the PLM system to support engineering, development, and manufacturing processes. This role includes working with various departments in the organization so that each system supports the business and helps improve work processes.

Responsibilities:

Siemens Teamcenter system management

·Operation and ongoing maintenance of the system

·Management of system installations, updates and upgrades with the software house.

·Troubleshooting and technical support for system users.

Documentation and writing documents

·Process documentation

·Writing change releases

Implementation and improvement of processes

· Implementation of work processes for the needs of the various departments.

·Analysis of existing processes and recommendations for improvements and upgrades.

User training and support

·Training new and existing users on the user interface

·Providing ongoing support to users and service.

work with other departments

·Collaboration with the engineering and R&D departments.

·Understanding business needs and translating them into PLM system solutions.

Data and information management

·Ensuring system integrity and accuracy.

·Managing and controlling access permissions to an information system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems or a similar field.
• 5 years of experience as a technical support and user training.
• Previous experience in PLM systems management - experience in Siemens Teamcenter is an advantage.
• In-depth understanding of code lifecycle management processes.
• Experience working in a global company and collaborating with international teams.
• Ability to analyze business processes and implement technological solutions.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.
• Ability to solve problems independently and pay attention to details.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Experience in project management is an advantage.
