About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role involves managing daily payment operations, financial reconciliations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and synchronization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor daily financial reconciliations, payments, and reporting.
• Analyze large datasets and develop tools to optimize financial processes.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Design, refine, and implement financial workflows and operational processes.
• Lead special projects and prepare ad hoc reports as required.

Requirements

• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Motivation for joining the fintech industry and passion for numbers.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proactive team player with excellent collaboration abilities.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt to a rapidly evolving environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field - an advantage.
