Head of Marketing

A cybersecuirty start up is looking for a Head of Marketing to join their team. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's brand growth strategies, tone and messaging on a global scale, and building a robust marketing team from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global marketing strategy that resonates with our target audience.
• Oversee all marketing activities within the organization, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand essence.
• Manage the company website and all marketing collateral, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our brand messaging.
• Develop B2B marketing materials for the company such as e-books, websites, whitepapers, blogs etc
• Map out go-to-market strategy
• Lead and orchestrate targeted campaigns to maximize impact and ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Report directly to the CEO, providing insights and strategic recommendations.
  
  

• English speaker with excellent communication skills.
• 5+ years of B2B Marketing experience with SaaS products.
• Data-driven mindset with a passion for growth hacking and viral marketing tools.
• Experience in content marketing, email marketing, messaging funnels, and social media strategies.
• Strong background in brand management and messaging within an organization.
• Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
• Self-starter with a hunger for success and ability to work with minimal resources
• Highly motivated and strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a team.
• Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
