What You’ll Do

Manage & Optimize - Oversee a diverse portfolio of affiliate accounts, optimizing performance to exceed revenue targets.

Build Strong Relationships - Cultivate meaningful partnerships with affiliates, providing personalized guidance and support.

Analyze & Strategize - Leverage data insights to develop actionable growth strategies. Collaborate Across Teams - Work closely with marketing and product teams to create

compelling promotional materials and innovative campaigns. Drive Performance Reviews - Regularly connect with affiliates to assess progress, set

ambitious goals, and provide valuable feedback. Stay Ahead of Industry Trends - Monitor market developments and identify new

opportunities to expand our affiliate network.

What You’ll Bring

Proven Experience - At least 3 years of experience in affiliate account management with a strong track record of driving revenue growth.

Industry Knowledge - Experience in the Fintech & Forex B2B industry is a big plus. Analytical Mindset - Strong ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven

decisions. Exceptional Communication Skills - Ability to build trust and rapport with affiliates. Tech-Savvy - Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tools (a plus). Language Proficiency - High-level English is a must; additional languages are a

bonus.
