Ship4wd is a disruptive and innovative start-up in the field of International Shipping and Logistics, we are seeking a skilled Head of Growth to support and lead our dynamic digital marketing team.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven creative professional with a strong passion for driving marketing and revenue strategies. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative growth initiatives that shape the future of Global Trade. In this position you will own and lead our growth efforts on paid acquisition channels, email marketing, social media and much more.
If we’re a match, you’ll join our growing marketing team and report directly to the CMO.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the marketing team and external service providers to achieve company revenue targets and expected growth.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including, SEM, paid and organic social media, product and content marketing.
- Develop and implement demand growth and funnel strategies for user acquisition, retention and monetization.
- Drive product marketing initiatives that effectively communicate our value proposition and align marketing campaigns with product launches.
- Plan and manage the marketing budget effectively and ensure optimal use of resources.
- Understand the buyer persona and journey, identify and map key decision makers and influencers and use to create impactful campaigns
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales and Account Management teams to generate a robust pipeline through different marketing activities.
- Develop and manage testing and optimization plan, across the user journey from ad delivery, through landing page conversion to monetization
- Analyze and report on funnels, campaigns, and initiatives results for optimization and fast-acting on opportunities.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years experience as a marketing leader in B2B / SaaS / e-Commerce with focus on USA, demand generation or growth marketing
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with experience planning and implementing marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and a data-driven mindset
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
