What You'll Do 💫

• Oversee and mentor a team of product managers, guiding product strategies, roadmaps, and professional development.
• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
• Partner with different departments to craft go-to-market strategies (Marketing and R&D) to define technical requirements and prioritize initiatives.
• Manage all stages of our future product’s lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and new opportunities to maintain a competitive edge in the AI and dating apps industry.
• Act as the central point of communication between stakeholders, ensuring all teams are aligned on goals and priorities.
• Utilize analytics and customer feedback to inform decision-making and measure product success.
• Define OKRs and success metrics to measure the impact of features and capabilities post-launch.
• Oversee Agile processes, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Work in a dynamic and fast-paced start-up environment.
• Be an essential part of our growing startup family and help others find love.

What We're Looking For 🎯

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Product Management, including B2C products in a startup environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
• Proven experience in launching B2C apps in different markets.
• A deep understanding of app development, AI and LLM models, product development, subscription models, and customer engagement.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team, creating a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Strong business understanding and ability to align product strategies with broader organizational goals.
• Experience working closely with marketing teams to develop successful go-to-market strategies.
• Familiarity with R&D processes and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Highly analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving, especially under tight deadlines
• Enthusiasm for being part of a mission-driven company
• A great communicator who can convey clear messages in English
• Big Advantage: Genuine passion for or experience in the dating industry
