In this position

We are looking for an FP&A Senior Analyst to join our Finance team and build the FP&A function from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to establish financial planning and analysis capabilities within the company, shaping the processes, tools, and insights that will drive business performance and strategic decision-making.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing financial models, analyzing business performance, and transforming the company’s overarching strategy into a long-range financial plan, including annual operating and capital budgets. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including Accounting, Operations, and Executive Management, to ensure accurate financial planning and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Budget & Forecast: Lead in annual budget and quarterly forecast and long-term financial plans preparation as well as providing detailed analysis and insight into business performance, including variance analysis and scenario planning.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with the accounting team on month-end closing processes and reporting.
• Manage the investor finance reporting process, ensuring clear, accurate, and data-driven communication.
• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators ("KPI") including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures.
• Coordination of cost accounting and reporting activities, review, investigate and explain costing and production variances.
• Manage global POs and budget requests while working closely with budget owners across the organization.
• Manage & enhance data validation, fostering automation and new development for automated reports
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as needed to support the business as well as other accounting tasks.
  
  

• B.A in a relevant field
• 2-5 years of similar experience from global manufacturing companies
• Experience in financial modeling and forecasting
• Experience with ERP systems – Net suite
• High expertise in Excel
• Proficiency in MS Office (for example power query)
• Proficiency in visualization and analytical tools (Power BI)
• Able to meet tight deadlines and multitask.
