A Leading Financial Company is Looking for a CRM Project Manager & System Analyst

Job Description:

• Analysis and specification of advanced CRM systems with expertise in Call Centers and Chatbots.
• Leading and managing technological CRM projects from the specification phase to production deployment.
• Upgrading and integrating existing CRM systems, including connecting various organizational interfaces.
• Ongoing collaboration with end-users, different departments within the organization, and external vendors.
• Identifying business needs and adapting advanced technological solutions.
• Supporting and leading processes to enhance customer experience and service performance metrics (KPIs).

Job Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in system analysis and project management in the CRM domain – mandatory.
• Expertise in Call Centers, automation, and chatbots – mandatory.
• Experience working with insurance companies – a significant advantage.
• Strong ability in technical specification and writing high-level requirement documents.
• Experience working with leading CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365) – an advantage.
• Familiarity with customer service and experience processes.
• Ability to work across multiple interfaces simultaneously with a system-wide perspective.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork ability, and independent leadership capabilities.
• High-level English proficiency – an advantage.
