Bookkeeper

A leading company in the import and distribution of luxury brands is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper . This role includes full responsibility for accounting up to the balance sheet, working with international suppliers and financial entities, and operating within the NetSuite system.

• Collaborating with external accountants and international suppliers, including preparing payments via bank transfers and foreign banking systems.
• Managing credit card, supplier, and bank reconciliations.
• Overseeing travel expense reports.
• Handling supplier accounts: opening accounts, monthly reconciliations, invoice processing, payments, and financial controls.
• Managing fixed assets and intercompany transactions, including intra-group financial settlements.

• Certified Bookkeeper Level 3 – mandatory.
• 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping up to the balance sheet – mandatory.
• Full proficiency in English at a native level – mandatory.
• Experience working with NetSuite – mandatory.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• High attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
