About the Role: As Head of Product, you will manage the Product and QA teams and oversee all product-related operations. You will bridge business needs with technical execution, ensuring smooth project management and system operations. This role requires deep business understanding and strong technical leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Product and QA teams, ensuring clear priorities and high-quality execution.
• Manage the annual product roadmap and align it with business goals.
• Oversee technical projects, ensuring detailed planning and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with the Development team to ensure precise task definitions.
• Manage and maintain a comprehensive manual of all products, ensuring that all systems and platforms are documented and easily understood by relevant stakeholders.
• Work with global teams across Israel, Manila, Malta, Spain, and Canada.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in product management and team leadership.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects.
• Strong understanding of business operations and technical systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English
