Senior Python Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and support software components across the stack.

- Lead significant projects and implement major features.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and evaluate vendor solutions.

- Participate in task planning, estimation, scheduling, and staffing.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and management.

- Contribute as part of a fast-paced and flexible team.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in Python.

- Strong knowledge of backend technologies, microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, and message queue systems.

- Proven experience in designing scalable and highly available systems.

- Familiarity with CI/CD environments.

- Experience with test frameworks and test-driven development.

Preferred Skills:

- B.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

- Prior experience in startup environments or multidisciplinary product development.

- Experience in developing multi-threading/tasking applications.

- Familiarity with AWS-based systems.

- Experience with distributed architecture, K8s, Docker, and REST API.

- Experience with computer vision systems and AI-driven products.

- Familiarity with video systems and streaming platforms.

- Experience with technologies such as GitLab, InfluxDB, RabbitMQ, MongoDB, PyTorch, and AWS (SQS, CloudFront, Lambda, EKS).
