IFF Ingredients specializes in production of fine chemicals for the food, cosmetics, and detergents industries. Company was founded on 1982 as “Aromor chemical industries” and later purchased by global IFF in 2014. Company is located in Kibbutz Givat Oz.

Role Description

• Oversee and assess process performance and workflows throughout production.
• Optimize productivity by implementing and testing new procedures.
• Draft process ideas to reduce production costs and increase thruput.
• Conduct new process design from lab to full scale campaign.
• Introduce new technology and oversee implementation.
• Perform risk assessments of the equipment and processes.
• Ensure compliance with both internal and external protocols and regulations.
  
  

• Minimum B.Sc. in chemical engineering is a must
• Min. 2-years of experience in chemical/energy industry is an advantage
• Project management experience is an advantage
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Fluent oral and written communication skills in Hebrew and English are a must.
