Job Responsibilities:

• Promoting advanced technology courses to business clients, including top companies in defense, electronics, medical computing, environmental planning, and more.
• Initiating new marketing channels to expand course outreach.
• Overseeing, managing, and supporting both in-person and online courses.
• Providing direct assistance to students during and after the course (via phone and in person).
• Analyzing feedback and operational data, suggesting improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree – required.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales – an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.
• A positive attitude and motivation to succeed.
• Strong planning, organization, and management abilities.
