New Product Introduction Engineer

We are looking for an NPI Engineer to join a multidisciplinary company at the forefront of innovation. This role offers the opportunity to drive technological advancements, ensuring quality and efficiency in every step of the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage product/production files, including BOMs, product documentation, and design of jigs, tools, and fixtures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, supply chain, and quality teams to address production needs and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Lead Turn-Key and supplier engineering activities for both electronic and mechanical systems, locally and internationally.
• Support test equipment and automation development for new and existing products.
• Manage product ECO processes, including implementation and configuration control.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in NPI/engineering environments for multidisciplinary products.
• Proven expertise in one of the following fields:
• Electronics: PCBA design, validation, and manufacturing; familiarity with electronic design tools; understanding of analog and digital circuits.
• Mechanics: Mechanical design tools (e.g., SolidWorks); experience with tooling, fixtures, and jigs for mass production.
• Experience leading projects and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Hebrew and English.
