A young, innovative e-commerce company in the healthcare industry, pioneering Anti-aging and HRT solutions for women looking for a Senior [Product Manager. We combine modern medical advancements with a deep understanding of hormonal health to address life-changing challenges for women, such as menopause, postpartum recovery, and more. As an e-commerce company, we leverage a subscription model to ensure that women across the United States can easily access our products and experience consistent care and convenience.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) initiatives and play a pivotal role in advancing our mission to empower women through our innovative hormone therapy solutions. This role will focus on optimizing our e-commerce operations and driving increased engagement and revenue.
As a Senior Product Manager at Inner Balance, you will take ownership of transforming website visitors into lifelong clients by delivering an exceptional online experience. You will conceptualize and execute UI/UX strategies to enhance conversion rates, manage projects end-to-end—from ideation to impact measurement—and collaborate closely with our Development, Data, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
What You’ll Be Doing
● Plan and manage engineering sprints to deliver greater value to the customer and the company.
● Define the scope for features and initiatives, clearly communicating the 'why' behind product decisions.
● Lead cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and data, through the agile execution process—from concept and requirements gathering to UX design, development, testing, and launch.
● Collaborate with Data team to deeply understand the user experience—both pre-purchase and post-purchase.
● Conduct ongoing competitive analysis of other DTC brands and websites to continually improve the user experience and conversion rates.
Qualifications
● 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in e-commerce, personalization, or customer identity in B2C/D2C companies.
● Proven expertise in optimizing UI/UX and collaborating with designers to create intuitive customer experiences.
● Experience working with R&D teams, writing requirements and PRDs, and managing a product roadmap.
● Deep understanding of user behaviour and preferences throughout the purchase funnel.
● Proven track record of managing successful conversion rate optimization processes through data-driven methodologies and A/B testing tools.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on product analytics, user behaviour insights, and data-driven decision-making.
● Familiarity with onsite analytics, tracking, and personalization tools.
Preferred
● Experience in Front-end/SEO
● Hands-on experience working with A/B testing platforms
● Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative, results-driven mindset
Main KPIs
● Increase website conversion rates.
● Improve revenue per session across e-commerce touchpoints.
● Enhance Product/Development speed-to-output and reduce turnaround time for UI/UX changes.
● Build and implement an effective cadence and methodology for site testing.
● Invest in tools and processes that shorten the development cycle and improve overall team efficiency.
