The Role:

BullsMedia is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager – Chinese Speaking to join our team and manage our Publishers portfolio. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing accounts, nurturing client relationships, and supporting our growth in the Chinese market.

Main Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking clients, ensuring excellent service and communication.
• Manage and optimize client accounts to drive performance and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals.
• Assist in onboarding new publishers and guiding them through the setup process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategies and resolve client issues promptly.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to clients.
  
  

• Professional in Chinese (Mandarin) , English and Hebrew both written and spoken.
• 1+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
• A proactive learner with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in the AdTech or digital advertising industry is a significant advantage.
