Bulls Media is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive our company forward. This position requires an innovative thinker with a deep understanding of recruitment strategies and a passion for connecting with candidates to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Utilize various sourcing methods such as social media, job boards, and networking to reach potential candidates.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of candidates and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with the HR team to promote employer branding and enhance the candidate experience.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in the media industry.
• Proven track record of successfully filling positions in a timely manner.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics to measure effectiveness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus.
