UI/UX Designer

abra R&D seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer!

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define and design user-centric solutions for complex B2B systems.
• Lead the entire design process, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and final handoff to development.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of design systems and maintain consistency across all products.
• Solve complex UX challenges by applying deep knowledge of user experience principles and methodologies.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to optimize design decisions.
• Manage and maintain a scalable design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency in UI/UX design.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines while maintaining high design standards.
• Foster collaboration within the design team and across departments to create innovative and user-friendly solutions.

• 3+ years of experience designing complex B2B systems.
• Strong expertise in design systems and ability to implement scalable UI solutions.
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of user experience principles and proven ability to provide solutions for complex UX problems.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects is required.
