We seek a Field Operations Specialist to join Geo & Beyond, a strategic consulting firm known for its Business Intelligence, Risk Management, and Management Consulting expertise. Our firm prides itself on delivering comprehensive strategies to our clients, driven by a blend of deep intelligence analysis and hands-on operational expertise.

The ideal candidate will:

• Possess strong soft-skills: a combination of sophistication, creativity, curiosity, and ingenuity
• Be comfortable managing a diverse team of operatives, both in-house and outsourced, as per project needs
• Show flexibility in working across different cultures, excelling both in teamwork and independently
• Bring a proactive, results-driven approach, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Communicate effectively in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Be willing to travel occasionally as needed
