Key Responsibilities:

🎯 VIP Player Engagement & Retention – Build and nurture relationships with high-value players, ensuring a personalized and premium experience.

💰 Monetization Strategy – Develop and execute strategies to maximize player lifetime value (LTV) and optimize revenue streams.

📊 Data-Driven Insights – Analyze player behaviors, spending patterns, and key KPIs to adjust and enhance engagement strategies.

🎁 Exclusive Offers & Events – Plan and manage tailored promotions, events, and loyalty programs for VIP players.

📩 Direct Communication – Maintain close relationships with VIPs via in-game messaging, email, and social channels like Discord.

🤝 Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with product, marketing, and live-ops teams to ensure a seamless player experience.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 2+ years of experience in VIP management, CRM, monetization, or player engagement in the gaming industry.

✅ Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, data analysis, and segmentation strategies.

✅ Proven track record of increasing player retention and revenue growth.

✅ Excellent communication skills with the ability to build long-term player relationships.
