Define and own the product roadmap for order management, relevant orders documents and e-documents.
Prioritize features and enhancements based on merchant needs, operational efficiencies, market trends, and business goals.
Work closely with development teams, designers, and stakeholders to translate product requirements into detailed specifications. Guide the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and seamless order processing functionality.
Work cross-functionally with solutions, projects, sales, account management, customer support, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth order handling, proactive issue resolution, and efficient workflows.
Stay updated with the latest order management innovations, e-commerce automation trends, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

B2B/B2B2C SaaS experience – Must
5+ years of product management experience (e-Commerce or order management experience is a strong advantage)
Creative problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineer, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Experience working with API-based integrations - a plus
Proficiency in data analysis and ability to extract insights .
Familiarity with agile product development methodologies
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, collaborating across different business units
