DevOps Engineer

A cybersecurity startup has developed a comprehensive platform for securing cloud environments with the goal of dramatically reducing the number of alerts for information security managers and avoiding passive alerts about potential risks. The platform identifies and focuses on critical active cloud risks, thereby optimizing risk management.

The goal is to enable security managers and teams to effectively protect their cloud environments at every stage: Detection & Response, Prevention, and Discovery – all in real time (runtime).

Founded two years ago, the company has already completed a significant funding round. Located in Tel Aviv, the company operates with a hybrid model, offering one remote workday per week.

The team consists of 50 employees, 40 of whom are based in Israel.

The role involves joining a 3-person team and working in an environment that includes Linux, AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CD/CI.

Requirements:

● 5 years of proven experience in cloud infrastructure management, including platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

● Profi ciency in containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

● Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and workfl ows (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

● Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

● Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).

● Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills to work eff ectively in a dynamic environment.

Advantages:

● Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., SOC2).
