What We're Looking For:

✔️ 3+ years of experience in business development, account management, or project management in the retail space

✔️ Deep knowledge of monetization strategies and retail media

✔️ A proven ability to lead projects, hit goals, and build actionable KPIs

✔️ Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving for complex retail challenges

✔️ Passion for building meaningful client relationships and thriving in a fast-paced environment
