LETSTOP is transforming the driving experience with innovative technology. We are seeking a Technical Lead to drive our engineering efforts, lead our development team, and ensure system scalability and reliability.

• Lead and mentor the development team, overseeing technical architecture and implementation.
• Develop and maintain scalable applications using Node.js (backend) and React Native (mobile).
• Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, VPC) and GCP.
• Optimize SQL/NoSQL databases for performance and scalability.
• Design and implement DevOps best practices for CI/CD, monitoring, and security.
• Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and security of all systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product features.

✔ 4+ years of experience in software development and DevOps.

✔ Expertise in Node.js and React Native.

✔ Strong knowledge of AWS (S3, Lambda, EC2, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, VPC) and GCP.

✔ Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines).

✔ Deep understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases.

✔ BSc in Computer Science or a related field.

✔ Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

✔ Ability to work on-site in Rishon LeZion.

• Experience with blockchain/Web3 technologies.
• Security best practices for cloud infrastructure.
