Backend Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience in .NET Core and Kubernetes, with a proven track record of building and maintaining high-traffic applications. Experience in working with various databases and messaging systems is essential, while knowledge of Angular and Node.js is a strong plus.

*Hybrid position- Monday and Wednesday from the office, the rest from home :)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend systems using .NET Core.
• Deploy, monitor, and manage applications in Kubernetes environments.
• Build and optimize high-traffic applications, ensuring stability, reliability, and scalability.
• Work with databases like SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), MongoDB, Redis, and messaging systems such as RabbitMQ.
• Develop and maintain services for both internal and external systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance and reliability issues.
• Work with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.

Requirements:

• BA/BS.c in computer science or similar relevant degree.
• 5+ years of professional experience in .NET Core development.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Experience with:
• SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and MongoDB.
• Caching systems like Redis.
• Messaging systems such as RabbitMQ.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficiency in microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
• Familiarity with container tools such as Docker.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with frontend frameworks like Angular.
• Experience with Node.js for backend services.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
• Exposure to monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
• Proven experience in building and managing high-traffic applications.
