Position Overview:

We’re looking for an R&D worker to lead our pilot trials and ensure the quality and performance of our devices and system. In this role, you will conduct field trials, perform data and statistical analysis, and maintain high standards of device accuracy. You will stay current with the latest research in tree physiology and carbon sequestration, applying scientific know-how to further develop our solutions.

Key Requirements:

- MSc in biology, ecology, plant physiology, or other related field

- High English proficiency

- Highly organized and self-motivated

- Team player with an entrepreneurial mindset

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead trials and POCs on tree health and carbon capture

- Ensure quality assurance for sensors and devices

- Analyze data from trials, applying scientific methods to draw insights

- Manage customer relations as a project manager

- Stay updated on arboriculture research to guide best practices
