Role Impact:

Lead financial strategy, FP&A, accounting, treasury, investor relations, and compliance. Partner with CEO and leadership to drive profitable growth in the global SaaS market.

Strategic financial leadership and execution

Global FP&A, budgeting, and performance analysis

SEC compliance and US GAAP reporting oversight

Treasury, capital management, and risk oversight

Investor relations and stakeholder management

M&A strategy and execution

Financial systems optimization and digital transformation

Cross-functional business partnership

Board and executive reporting

CPA certification

Technology company and NASDAQ-listed experience required

15+ years senior financial leadership experience

Strong US GAAP and SEC regulations expertise

Proven investor relations and M&A experience

Global financial operations expertise

SaaS metrics expertise (ARR, LTV, CAC) - Advantage

Financial automation implementation experience

Strategic leadership capabilities
