Postdoctoral Researcher

The Dror Lab is seeking a highly motivated and skilled postdoctoral researcher to join our team. We focus on cutting-edge research in gene regulation, epigenetics, stem cell biology, and cellular differentiation and development, with a particular emphasis on the function of long non-coding RNAs and the mechanisms underlying X chromosome inactivation during development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute large-scale genomic experiments (e.g., RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, CUT&RUN/CUT&Tag)

• Perform cell culture techniques, including maintenance, differentiation and reprogramming of mouse embryonic stem cells, induced pluripotent stem cells, and primary cell cultures.

• Employ imaging techniques (e.g., RNA/DNA FISH, immunostaining, microscopy).

• Develop and optimize genome editing strategies (e.g., CRISPR-Cas9) for functional studies.

Qualifications:

• PhD in Molecular Biology or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of scientific publications.
