We're currently seeking a dynamic and innovative Junior User Acquisition Manager to help elevate our user acquisition strategies and contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities
As our User Acquisition Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving Play Perfect’s growth and success by:
- Hands-On Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition activities with various partners, including DSPs, SDK networks, incentivized networks, and more.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build, nurture, and maintain strategic and productive relationships with key acquisition partners to drive performance across games, channels, and geographies.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and marketing assets that drive conversions.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Market Research: Stay ahead of mobile game trends, UA innovations, and best practices to inform strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with UA partners and ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience running user acquisition and/or retargeting campaigns, with a focus on driving ROAS and active user base growth.
- Campaign Expertise: Proven ability to manage, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms and partner types (e.g., DSPs, SDK networks, incentivized networks).
- BA/B.Sc. - preferably in Economics / Statistics / Business Management / Engineering or other quantitative fields.
- Creative Testing: Experience in developing creative testing processes that yield impactful results.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data, identifying trends, and using tools like Looker or Tableau to drive decision-making.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with mobile gaming metrics and trends.
- Language: Fluent English, both spoken and written.
