About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Performance media buyer to lead our efforts in buying and optimizing paid traffic across multiple platforms, including Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Taboola, Outbrain, TikTok, and DSP platforms.

As a Performance Media Buyer, you will be responsible for driving audience engagement across multiple campaigns daily, managing the process from start to finish. This includes contributing to creative development, conducting strategic analysis, optimizing performance, and evaluating overall ROI.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should be resourceful, innovative, and proactive, always seeking new ways to enhance campaign performance and exceed expectations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, execute, and oversee all aspects of our performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms to enhance customer acquisition and boost sales.
• Act as the main point of contact between Adcore and external marketing companies, ensuring that all digital campaigns align with our brand’s objectives and contribute to our ROI.
• Analyze performance data from campaigns, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize future marketing strategies.
• Allocate and manage advertising budgets across different channels and platforms, ensuring optimal spending for maximum campaign performance.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market; adapt strategies as necessary.
• Regularly report to senior management about campaigns performance, insights, and strategic recommendations for enhancements.

Desired Skills and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, particularly within digital advertising, focusing on platforms such as Google, Meta, Taboola, Outbrain, TikTok, and DSP platforms.
• Expertise in using key digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and Solid understanding of tracking technologies, such as pixel implementation and server-to-server tracking.
• Demonstrated success in managing significant digital marketing campaigns.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with a knack for data-driven decision-making.
• Proficient in managing external agency relations and project management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about the digital advertising industry and up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
• Team collaboration and excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English - any additional languages- are advantages.
