Senior Oracle Financials Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Financial Implementation Specialist to join the professional team of Israel's leading energy company. In this role, you will take the lead in implementing and configuring financial processes and interfaces, provide ongoing support for daily operational issues, and conduct user training. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Applications (AP, FA, AR, GL modules) for the company’s financial systems.
• Provide continuous support and troubleshooting for day-to-day issues related to Oracle Financials.
• Conduct user training and offer guidance on how to effectively utilize the system.
• Define, implement, and customize new financial processes, including integrations with other systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with the implementation and support of Oracle Financials (AP, FA, AR, GL modules) – required.
• Strong familiarity with standard financial interfaces (e.g., MASB, bank statements) – required.
• Proven experience in defining and implementing new processes and integrations with external systems – required.
• Basic knowledge of SQL query writing – required.
• Strong process understanding with the ability to take a holistic view of the system.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of customer service orientation.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and lead tasks and projects.
• Self-motivated with the ability to learn independently.
• Proficiency in Hebrew, particularly for user support and training in Hebrew interfaces.
