Technology Recruiter

The winning recruitment team at SQLINK Group is looking for a Technology Recruiter.

Our office is located in Ramat Gan (close to a train station) and the position is full-time (hybrid).

We provide training and professional guidance.

Responsibilities:

-Source resumes and screencasts from various platforms

-Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates to assess skills and fit

- Match candidates to appropriate positions in the technology industry

-Collaborate with the recruitment team to streamline processes

-Maintain and update candidate records in our database

-Assist in developing job descriptions and recruitment strategies

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in Technology Recruitment

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences / Behavioral Sciences

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment as well as part of a team
