React Native Developer

Overview

Nexo is a leading outsourcing and recruitment agency specializing in matching top tech talent with innovative global companies. We are seeking a highly skilled React Native Developer for one of our prominent clients. This role will involve joining a multi-disciplinary R&D team.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and implement high-performance code for real-time video, audio, and data streaming.

• Define the next generation of our client’s cross-platform parenting and wellness mobile application.

• Lead development for both iOS and Android using React Native.

• Maintain and improve the CI/CD pipeline from development to production releases.

• Design and implement new features, conduct code reviews, and perform refactoring.

• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, including performance, security, and third-party integrations.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, UI/UX, backend, firmware, hardware, and QA.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a React Native Developer for Android and iOS.

• 3+ years of experience in native Android or iOS development.

• Proven expertise in developing real-time video/audio/data streaming for mobile apps.

• Strong background in building complex UIs and adapting them to various phone and tablet sizes.

• Experience with mobile communication interfaces (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC).

• Familiarity with background services (background audio, real-time notifications, Picture-in-Picture).

• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and integrating them into mobile applications.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including working with offshore teams.
