About the Role:

As a Senior Offensive Security / Red Team Expert, you will lead sophisticated adversary simulation engagements, working closely with clients to identify vulnerabilities and strengthen their security postures. You will also contribute to the development of HackersRange scenarios, ensuring our training environment accurately reflects current and emerging threats. Your work will not only provide immediate strategic insights to clients but also help shape next-generation training methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and lead complex Red Team operations against diverse infrastructures (on-prem, cloud, hybrid).

• Employ cutting-edge TTPs, frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK), and tools (Cobalt Strike, Metasploit) to bypass advanced defensive measures.

• Deliver comprehensive reports detailing findings, remediation guidance, and strategic recommendations for clients’ leadership and technical teams.

• Collaborate internally to enhance HackersRange content, ensuring simulations remain current with evolving adversarial tactics.

• Mentor junior team members, sharing expertise and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Red Teaming, penetration testing, or adversary simulation.

• Proven skills in exploit development, evasion techniques, and scripting.

• Familiarity with threat modeling, reconnaissance, and post-exploitation strategies.

• Industry certifications such as OSCP, CRTE, or CRTO are highly valued.
