✔️ At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

✔️ Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

✔️ Knowledge and experience with cloud environments, virtualization, and Microsoft servers

✔️ Experience in GPO policy creation and management

✔️ Monitoring systems and analyzing logs

✔️ Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions and content filtering tools

✔️ Ability to provide Help Desk and System Administration support

✔️ Strong customer service skills

⭐ Microsoft certifications (preferred)

⭐ Valid driver's license (required)
