We are looking for a professional and experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at the company site in Rehovot and take part in challenging and complex projects

Job Description

Mechanical design for Opto-mechanical design and integration of complex challenging multidisciplinary systems with high contribution to Israeli defense needs

Team work withstanding project requirements, including execution times and high quality standards

Responsibility from the concept phase to system integration

Work in cooperation with additional disciplines (electronics, optics, and systems engineering)

Job Requirements

BSc in Mechanical Engineering, MSc- an advantage

At least 5 years of experience in mechanical design, including leading mechanical tasks in multidisciplinary project

In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, casting, sheet metal bending, etc.)

Knowledge of CAD software

Knowledge of tolerances and preparing technical drawings

Experience in opto-mechanical design - advantage

Understanding and ability to design mechanical electronic boards - advantage

Experience in military or aerospace system design - advantage

Experience and knowledge in mechanical mechanisms - advantage

Knowledge of Solidworks software - advantage

Excellent interpersonal communication

High learning ability and ability to work in a multi-tasking and interface-rich environment
