We are looking for a Technical Writer Team Lead to drive the development of high-quality documentation that supports our platform’s API, complex B2B solutions, and customer integrations. This role requires hands-on expertise in technical writing, API documentation, and content strategy, with a strong advantage for candidates experienced in Doc360.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of technical writers, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and user-friendly documentation.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize API documentation, user guides, release notes, and developer resources for Driivz’s platform.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer support to gather information and translate technical concepts into clear, structured content.
• Own the documentation strategy, workflows, and content management using Doc360 (and other tools), ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Enhance self-service support by creating structured documentation that reduces support inquiries and improves user adoption.
• Drive best practices in documentation, content structuring, and information architecture for complex B2B SaaS solutions.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of technical documentation across multiple products and platforms.
• Work closely with API developers to create precise and developer-friendly API guides, including authentication, endpoints, and use-case examples.
• Optimize content for readability, searchability, and usability while maintaining a professional and technical tone.

Requirements

✅ 5+ years of experience in technical writing for complex B2B SaaS platforms.

✅ 2+ years in a leadership role, managing or mentoring technical writers.

✅ Expertise in API documentation, including RESTful APIs, SDKs, and integrations.

✅ Strong understanding of complex technical concepts in cloud-based platforms, enterprise software, and developer tools.

✅ Experience with Doc360 (highly preferred) or similar documentation platforms.

✅ Excellent writing and communication skills with a strong command of English.

✅ Ability to work cross-functionally with product, R&D, and support teams.

✅ Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), markup languages, and content management best practices.

✅ Strong analytical skills to identify gaps in documentation and improve knowledge-sharing processes.

Nice to Have

• Experience with OpenAPI/Swagger documentation standards.
• Knowledge of OCPP, OCPI, or other EV charging protocols.
• Understanding of developer communities and self-service API portals.
• Familiarity with Driivz’s ecosystem or the EV charging industry.
