HW Lab Technician - (Temporary Position - Maternity Leave)

You will be part of the Mobileye AV project which is responsible for delivering high-quality AV (Autonomous Vehicles Systems) products for various vehicle manufacturers. The AV Validation department is developing a modular CI process to support a complex variety of car models. We are precepting the complex system as a whole and are the main gate to ensure the quality of our autonomous driving products.

What your job will look like?

• Hardware Assembly Maintenance and Support: Assembly Lab benches for various projects. Maintain desktops and other hardware components. Perform regular hardware diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades. Ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition and properly configured for testing and validation purposes. Improving setup infrastructure according to the changing requirements.
• Operating Systems Management: Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux operating systems on lab equipment—Troubleshoot OS-related issues.
• Networking: Installing, setting up, and maintaining lab network infrastructure and troubleshooting network issues.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support to lab users, promptly resolving hardware and software issues. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring problems and implement permanent solutions.
  
  

• Experience in hardware maintenance and support- MUST
• Technical education or certification -MUST
• Knowledge of both Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
