• Repair and maintenance of computers, hardware, and software.
• Providing user support and troubleshooting.

Job Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as a PC Technician
• Experience in a domain-managed environment, diagnosing and resolving software and hardware malfunctions.
• Full proficiency in Windows operating systems and Office software.
• A passion for technology and a quick learner.
• Strong service orientation, patience, and excellent interpersonal skills.
