Our team innovates using AI-driven and agentic frameworks, voice automation, and semi-autonomous decision-making to reimagine the real estate industry. We're seeking a Senior Business Process Engineer to discover, design, and prototype next-generation workflows, blending rigorous process analysis with forward-thinking AI concepts.

Role Overview

As our Senior Business Process Engineer focused on Process Mapping and Redesign and AI Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), you will map and analyze existing processes (using either manual or system-based methods), ideate AI-powered improvements, and create POCs to validate feasibility and ROI. You will partner with teams across Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and HR to conceptualize agentic frameworks and voice automation applications that enhance efficiency and strategic decision-making in real estate investments. Your end goal is to build a blueprint for future large-scale implementation and hand off validated designs to the Execution & Implementation team.

Key Responsibilities

Process Discovery & Analysis:

• Map Current Workflows: Use manual approaches (interviews, workshops, BPMN diagrams) or automated tools (process mining, analytics platforms) to identify pain points, redundancies, and high-value automation opportunities.
• Gap & Opportunity Assessment: Conduct data-driven evaluations to highlight areas where AI, voice automation, or semi-autonomous decisions could deliver significant ROI.

Innovative Design & POC Development:

• Conceptualize Future State: Propose new workflows leveraging agentic frameworks and AI-driven decision logic, ensuring alignment with real estate investment needs.
• Rapid Prototyping: Build POCs to experiment with generative AI, voice integrations, or agentic tools, refining them through iterative feedback and performance metrics.

Agentic Framework & AI Exploration:

• Research Cutting-Edge Solutions: Investigate and assess emerging agent-based methods, generative models, and voice platforms for potential adoption.
• Feasibility Studies: Evaluate technical requirements, compliance considerations, and organizational readiness for partial or fully AI-automated tasks.

Cross-Functional Engagement & Design Leadership:

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Sales, Operations, Finance, and other departments to understand needs, gather feedback, and refine POC designs.
• Communication & Workshops: Present findings, facilitate design sessions, and train internal teams on the fundamentals of AI-driven process transformation.
• Mentorship: Guide junior analysts or project contributors, promoting a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.

Roadmap & Handoff:

• Strategic Recommendations: Produce clear documentation and presentations outlining how tested solutions can be scaled across the organization.
• Seamless Transition: Collaborate with the LLM Software Engineer / Implementation teams to ensure smooth handover from POC to production rollout, maintaining design integrity and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in business process analysis, re-engineering, or AI/ML roles—showcasing successful design and prototyping of complex workflows.
• Technical & Analytical Skills: Comfortable with manual process mapping (BPMN, flowcharts) and/or system-driven discovery (any process mining or analytics platform). Familiarity with agentic frameworks or voice AI is a plus.
• Innovation Mindset: Proven ability to ideate, prototype, and validate novel technologies or workflows with minimal direction.
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent at liaising between technical and non-technical stakeholders; adept at presenting complex ideas clearly.
• Real Estate Background (Preferred): Understanding of real estate investment operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
